If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has started processing purchases cannot be cancelled or modified. All cancellations or order modifications are subject to a £5 administration charge. Once the order is delivered, to make a return, please follow the return instructions set out below.
If you wish to return a purchase for any reason, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com.
Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition within 28 days of delivery and accompanied by the original sales invoice. We do not offer an exchange service.
Goods must be returned unused, with all labels and tags left attached in their original unopened box. All packaging must be pristine, unmarked and undamaged and in a saleable condition. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. Any items which are damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Where items require repacking in order to return them to a saleable condition a £5 administration charge will be made. We are also unable to accept unwanted returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
We will process a refund onto the original card used to pay for the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods in an acceptable condition as described above.
Please note that unfortunately Sara Miller London will not cover the cost of return postage and cannot assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled, so please ensure you choose a tracked and signed-for service to return your items and retain the tracking numbers for reference. We will refund your delivery cost if a product in the order is found to be faulty and you do not wish to receive a replacement. Otherwise, we do not refund delivery charges when orders are returned because the item is unwanted/unsuitable.
WALLPAPER, FABRIC, ROLLER BLIND AND LAMPSHADE RETURNS
Please note wallpaper, fabric, roller blinds and lampshades are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once ordered.
Only complete the checkout process once you are happy with your selection. We recommend ordering a wallpaper Sample before purchasing your wallpaper and a fabric Sample before purchasing your fabric to get a true feel for its colour and finish.
If you happen to receive an item that you believe to have been damaged in transit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the issue along with photos of the damaged item and the packaging in which it was received. This must be within 3 days of you receiving the item in order for us to follow this up with the courier.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We will inform you by email if we are unable to fulfil your order. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
We reserve the right not to accept your order, for example in the event that we are unable to obtain payment authorisation; that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We will not be liable to you or any third party by withdrawing any products from the website whether or not that product has been sold. Whilst we will do our best to make sure the website is accurate, we may occasionally discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall not be obliged to accept or fulfil an order for a product advertised with an incorrect price and we reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have already paid for the goods you will be refunded as soon as possible.
