We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, however, our delivery times are reliant on the courier partners we use and we cannot be held responsible for any third-party delays to deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SUSPENSIONS
All orders to EU countries and Ireland have temporarily been suspended until further notice.

UK DELIVERY
UK mainland next working day delivery (not available for fabric, wallpaper, lampshade or roller blind orders)
Orders must be placed before 1pm Mon-Thurs, excl. Bank Holidays - £6.99
UK mainland standard delivery (3-5 days) - £4.50
UK mainland standard delivery for fabric and wallpaper sample ONLY orders (3-5 days) - £2.50
FREE UK mainland standard delivery for orders over £100 when you select 'FREE' at checkout excluding wallpaper, fabric, lampshade and roller blind orders
UK highlands, islands and Northern Ireland – 2 day delivery.
We use a tracked delivery service and you will receive notifications and tracking codes once your order has been dispatched. If you choose to have your order left in a nominated safe place, you are accepting responsibility for the parcel at the point of delivery to this safe place.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver to many countries around the world. To check if we deliver to your country and what the shipping costs will be, please select your location in your shopping basket.
All international delivery times vary between 5-10 working days.
**Please Note** - International deliveries may be subject to local import duties - please check the regulations for your particular delivery destination before you order.
Due to Brexit regulations, please be advised that duties/customs charges may apply. These charges are not dictated by Sara Miller London. If these charges remain outstanding, it is likely that your full order will be returned to us.
If placing an order to a non-UK international delivery address, please note that VAT charges do not apply.

WALLPAPER, FABRIC, LAMPSHADE & ROLLER BLIND DELIVERY
Our wallpaper, fabric, lampshades, and roller blinds are dispatched from a separate warehouse via a specialist delivery service. All orders containing wallpaper, fabric, and/or blinds will be subject to a £12 shipping fee. All orders containing lampshades will be subject to an £10 shipping fee. If your order contains any other item an additional shipping charge will be added to your order to cover shipping from an alternative warehouse and this item(s) will arrive separately. Free delivery is excluded from wallpaper, fabric, lampshade and blind orders.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to deliver wallpaper, fabric, lampshades and blinds outside of the UK.
Please allow 3-5 working days for wallpaper and blinds delivery. If you have any problems with your wallpaper, fabric, lampshades and/or blind order please get in touch with us at orders@saramiller.london
All of our lampshades are made-to-order. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
SARA MILLER LONDON GIFT CLUB SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY
If your order contains a subscription box and additional product, the additional product will be sent out as normal on the service you have chosen at checkout, whilst the subscription box will only be released on the given despatch date found on the product page and via email communication.
Please note: orders containing fabric, wallpaper, and lampshades will incur an additional shipping charge as these items are sent from a separate premium warehouse.
