Come and see our Chelsea Collection at the V&A Museum

Victoria and Albert Museum LogoFive tableware pieces from our favourite Chelsea Collection have been unveiled as part of the Portmeirion: Pottery Trendsetter display at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Sara attended a glamorous private launch party in honour of the new exhibition. As you can imagine its not every day that your designs make it into one of the most illustrious museums in the world.

‘I’m so proud to have my work exhibited here as part of our collaboration with Portmeirion. When I was at school I would often come to the V&A and in particular loved the William Morris tea rooms. There is just something about the V&A which is truly unique. The magical entrance with the stunning Chihuly chandelier is breathtaking. When the exhibition was unveiled yesterday I was amazed that it was next door to a series of ceramics by William De Morgan that I had studied as part of my Art GCSE work! Needless to say I never imagined coming back nearly 20 years later to see my work featured in the next room!’
